Food & Beverage Supervisor

Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. Main Duties:

• Leading by example with positive attitude and tone.
• Undertaking and supervising floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service and banqueting room set ups.
• Ensuring safety and hygiene protocol's are being adhered to, to ensure a safe working environment.
• Answering guest enquiries for reservations and taking any additional sales/revenue generating activities and general administration to ensure the effective running of the department.
• Creating a harmonious relationship with the culinary and back of house teams and assisting them where necessary in order to ensure that we are exceeding guest expectations with every visit.

Safety and Company Policies:

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support the team to reach common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
