Description

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Front Office Supervisor to join our team and help lead the front desk operation. This is a key role where you’ll support the Front Office Manager in delivering seamless guest journeys, driving team performance, and creating a welcoming, professional environment from the moment guests arrive.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading by example on the front desk - delivering warm, personalised guest service at all times
  • Supporting the daily operation of Reception, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts
  • Supervising, coaching, and motivating the Front Office team
  • Handling guest queries, feedback, and any escalations with confidence and care
  • Assisting with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of associates
  • Ensuring brand standards and procedures are consistently met
  • Monitoring performance, productivity, and service levels across shifts
  • Supporting with rota planning, shift organisation, and departmental admin
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role within hospitality
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence in handling guest concerns and making decisions
