The impact you’ll make: As a greenkeeper, you will work within both the greenkeeping and grounds areas, under the supervision of the course supervisor, deputy course manager and course manager. A greenkeeper will perform general repair work to all course or garden areas to maintain the presentation and playability levels to our golf members giving them a memorable and top service experience.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
  • To perform general repair work to all course or gardens areas, to the required standard for the area, thereby maintaining presentation and playability levels
  • To take part in project work on designated areas, for the improvement of the golf course
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
    Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
