We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our fantastic Front Office team. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face guests see after hours, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

From balancing daily financials to offering expert knowledge of the local area, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring our hotel runs efficiently throughout the night.

• Welcome and check-in late arrivals, assign rooms, and issue keys.

• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and care.

• Process accurate audit of daily deskwork, F&B revenues, and financial reports using hotel systems (Opera, etc.).

• Perform nightly ledger checks, resolving any discrepancies.

• Complete check-outs and handle billing queries.

• Conduct regular security checks and maintain the safety of all areas.

• Assist the Night Supervisor in ensuring smooth overnight operations.

• Run daily reports on arrivals, departures, and occupancy.

We’re seeking someone passionate about hospitality, with previous experience in a similar front-office or night audit role preferred. You’ll thrive if you are:

• Calm under pressure and a natural problem solver

• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• A great communicator and team player

• Confident using hotel systems like Opera (training provided if needed)
