Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and eager to join a dynamic team at one of the world's leading hotel brands? Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club is seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and proactive Golf & Events Executive to join our team. As an Golf & Event Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences. Working from the events team office, from the first enquiry to the final follow-up, you’ll own the event journey, building relationships, converting opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution in partnership with our operations teams.
This office based role blends sales, service, and event expertise, making it perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on detail, and enjoys seeing their work come to life in real time. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, delighting clients, and turning one-time events into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

Client & Event Management

  • Own and convert incoming event and group enquiries from initial contact through to handover and post-event follow-up
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage
  • Prepare detailed event documentation and ensure clear communication across all hotel departments
  • Conduct pre- and post-event meetings to align expectations and capture feedback
  • Liaise and maintain excellent working relationships with wholesalers specialising in golf bookings

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Deliver a compelling sales experience that drives conversion, upselling, and repeat business
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue while meeting client needs and budgets
  • Manage bedroom blocks, tee sheets and meeting space inventory effectively
  • Forecast group room nights and event revenue accurately

Event Excellence

  • Advise clients on menu planning, food presentation, meeting room setups, AV solutions, and banquet service standards
  • Collaborate with Banqueting and Kitchen teams to develop innovative F&B concepts
  • Conduct engaging show rounds and site inspections to win business
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards, systems, and sales strategies

Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
