We have an exciting opportunity in our Front Office team
as a Front Office Host where you will be the first point of contact for our
guests, delivering a warm welcome and helping to create memorable guest
experiences.
The Role
You will be:
· Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in / check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
· Responding to guest enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and effective solutions
· Maintaining a high level of customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations
· Handling guest complaints with empathy and resolving issues to their satisfaction
· Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience
· Monitoring guest feedback and contributing to continuous service improvements
· Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making them feel welcome. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office operations is highly valued, but what matters most is a friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine care for our guests. You will be organised, able to handle multiple tasks with a smile, and be confident in solving problems thoughtfully, always striving to create a positive and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
