We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath.

As Finance Manager, you will:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts and budgets
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and year-end audit processes.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimise variances.
  • Support the hotel’s business plan and budget to maximise revenue
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting and audit standards.
  • Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support and develop a team
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Proficiency in financial systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
