The Role

As a Night Auditor at Delta Hotels, it is a largely administrative role, responsible for completing reporting tasks related to concluding the days business, whilst also fulfilling receptionist responsibilities. During a typical shift, you will be working as part of a team to also ensure all our guests feel welcomed, valued and appreciated, leading to a fantastic stay. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Complete end of day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
  • Process all payments types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit and credit.
  • Preparing data/lists to have a record of all guests in case of an emergency
  • Sell & process reservations to walk in guests 
  • Process all guest check in/ check outs
  • Complete fire responsibilities
  • Morning operational set-up 
  • Receptionist duties - telephone operating, actioning wake up calls, activating room keys
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures. Maintain brand standards throughout.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as instructed
