The Role: 
As a Guest Experience Expert, you want to build an experience that is memorable and unique, by taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities: 
  • Providing services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests
  • Warmly greet all guests with a smile in their voice and by name. Be proactive to anticipate guests needs and deliver brilliant service
  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, and Mobile Chat 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay
  • Monitor & Respond to guest feedback and complaints
