As our Hotel Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet and the lasting impression they take with them. From warm welcomes to smooth check-outs, you’ll make every moment feel effortless. Whether you’re answering questions, sharing local tips, or coordinating with our teams behind the scenes, you’ll help create stays that guests genuinely remember.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming guests, completing check-ins and issuing room keys
  • Working closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time
  • Handling guest calls, messages, questions and concerns
  • Sharing information about the hotel, facilities and local area
  • Processing check-outs and resolving billing queries
  • Managing payments, charges, reservations and cancellations
  • Running daily arrival and departure reports

Hours: This is a part-time role working 24 hours, 3 days per week with a mix of early and late shifts, including weekends.
