Description

Here at Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club, we are currently recruiting for a Night Auditor to join our team.

About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel throughout the night, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you'll play a key role in creating a positive guest experience while overseeing the smooth running of the hotel during overnight hours.

Working independently and as part of the wider hotel team, you'll balance guest service responsibilities with important financial and operational tasks, helping to ensure the hotel is ready for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests arriving during the night.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, issuing room keys and handling payments.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, messages, and concerns, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Carry out regular security walk-rounds to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
  • Complete the night audit process, including running end-of-day reports and reconciling daily financial transactions.
  • Resolve any billing queries or disputed charges professionally and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure all overnight operational procedures are completed and hand over effectively to the daytime team.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident and reliable individual who enjoys working overnight shifts.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception, customer service, or hospitality role is desirable but not essential.
  • A warm, friendly, and guest-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions independently.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities, particularly in a quieter overnight environment where initiative is key.

What you’ll enjoy

  • Complimentary Leisure Club membership
  • Global hotel discounts for you, friends & family
  • Access to Benefit Hub for unlimited deals from retailers to restaurants and more.
  • Training, development and endless career progression

Hours: This is a full-time role working 40 hours, 5 nights per week, including weekends.
