We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to help lead the operations teams across the hotel at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

  • To assist the General Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all hotel operations, including front desk and food & beverage services.
  • To address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • To monitor financial performance across the operational departments and implement measures to maximise profitability.
  • To implement strategies to promote hotel services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintaining high standards of service across all departments, providing training and development where needed.

Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Support the team to reach common goals
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
