Main Duties-

• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
• To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
• To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives.
• To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.
• Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained.
• To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel.
• Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations.
• Ensure the development of assistant manager and supervisors in order to promote in the future.
• Handle guest feedback and action accordingly.

What do you need to apply?

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in the conference and banqueting industry as a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be; well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
