Cluster Store & Goods Receiving Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player to join our dynamic purchasing team! Based in London, you’ll play a key role in supporting six hotels across the UK, ensuring seamless store and goods receiving operations. If you thrive on keeping things organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making operations run smoothly, this could be your perfect next step. Occasional travel to other properties will be required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Managing purchasing activities across the cluster, including placing orders, raising Purchase Orders (POs), and processing goods receipts using SAP.

·         Reviewing delivery notes and POs for accuracy and record any discrepancies related to pricing, quality or specifications.

·         Conducting regular stock checks and support month-end stock takes across cluster properties.

·         Maintaining cleanliness and organization in store areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

·         Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality goods, while actively seeking cost-saving opportunities.

·         Providing support with administrative tasks and offer cover for Goods Receiving roles when needed.

·         Preparing reports on inventory, purchasing activities, and supplier performance; analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

·         Regularly visiting cluster properties to ensure consistent support and alignment with operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

·         Previous experience in a purchasing, stores, or goods receiving role—hospitality or multi-site experience is a plus.

·         Familiarity with SAP or similar purchasing/financial systems.

·         Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

·         Confident working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

·         Comfortable with occasional travel to properties across the UK.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Physically capable of handling goods and maintaining store areas when required.
