Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Future Inn Bristol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This individual will have a passion for the hospitality sector and a proven track record in sales, delivering results through innovative strategies, excellent customer service, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competition, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and manage the conference & events coordinator, providing coaching, motivation, and support to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand presence.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients & colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
