Ace Hotel London is looking for our new Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The Role…
The team behind Hoi Polloi is looking for a natural leader to fuel our Brasserie with a love for people. The person must be able to oversee service to a large team with the aim to create an east London institution. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the restaurant with a focus on quality non-invasive service, developing talent and spotting high potential in a diverse team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for training our energetic team of waiters on our order of service and seasonal menu. The role suits someone hands-on and ambitious.

You’ve been working in a similar fine dining environment where guest experience is of the utmost priority. You can successfully lead and inspire confidence in a large service team.You solve problems objectively and nothing phases your strong customer service abilities. You are accustomed to high end/high volume environments and you are completely unflappable in any situation.
Management experience in a similar role is advantageous but we will consider at least four years’ experience in a similar, leadership oriented role. Only people with real passion for food & beverage, and creating unforgettable experiences should apply.
