The DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln are seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead all divisions of the hotel team. We are seeking a commercially astute leader with an operational background who can successfully lead all elements of this branded 4* hotel. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a Hilton professional background and who has had experience working in a multi-layered environment with various stakeholders (i.e. brand, private owners, management company).
The successful candidate has operated in a fully accountable environment in which they are the leader for hotel performance. The candidate will report directly into the management company’s Group Operations Director and will work closely with the central team to deliver key metrics. In addition, the General Manager will have close ongoing ties with the Hilton brand ensuring personal and hotel compliance with brand requirements.
The role encompasses all aspects of a full-service General Manager role including Operations, Sales & Commercial, Property and Asset, Human Resources and Finance. In addition, you will be working with several external automated systems and suppliers.
