What you’ll be doing?
This is an exciting and newly created role to join our team as Hotel Administrator, combined with PA responsibilities for the General Manager. This is more than just an administrative position – we’re looking for someone who will quickly become an integral part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that will make a real impact across the hotel. You'll quickly become a key player, supporting the smooth running of the hotel with high levels of ownership. Proficient in Microsoft365, you'll manage daily administrative tasks, from coordinating reports and paperwork to compiling meeting minutes and preparing presentations. Whether it's internal strategy documents, financial reviews, or even creating internal posters, you'll play a vital role in driving proactive communications across the hotel.
You'll regularly liaise with both the hotel management team and our Head Office, juggling diary management, meeting coordination, and preparing crucial paperwork for various projects. Your ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment, paired with strong communication skills, will be critical as you work closely with senior colleagues. Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail will be key to your success, as will your ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running like clockwork. If you enjoy being the go-to person and love working in a team where your contributions are truly valued, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine and grow in your career.
What you’ll need?
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a mix of organisational skills, professionalism and a proactive approach. More specifically:
What’s in it for you?
