The Role:

As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring strong financial governance while supporting commercial decision-making across the business. Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial success of this flagship opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for hotel finance operations, reporting, and controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Oversee cash flow, payroll, and balance sheet management
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance
• Partner with department heads to support commercial performance
• Support pre-opening financial setup, systems, and processes

About You

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in hospitality
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen
• Experience supporting hotel pre-openings highly desirable
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and confident working with senior stakeholders
• Passion for driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment
