We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources function at our 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel. As our HR & Training Officer, you will support the full host lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and engagement. You’ll champion our culture, ensure our teams feel valued, and help deliver training that elevates service to the extraordinary.
Overview:
Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless and supportive host experience
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and reporting
Be a trusted point of contact for hosts, offering guidance with professionalism and discretion
Support engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture of excellence
About You:
Experience in HR or training within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for people
A proactive, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
Confidence delivering training and supporting managers
A warm, approachable manner aligned with five‑star service values
