We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator for join our Food and Beverage administration team at The Londoner Hotel. 

Overview:

  • We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator to support the Food and Beverage Manager at The Londoner and the food and beverage team with day to day administration duties. This role is available on a part time basis working fixed days - Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Your role will involve supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in the day to day coordination and administration for the food and beverage operation.
  • As food and beverage coordinator you will be responsible for dealing with any special VIP enquires.
  • You will assist with day-to-day administration tasks, scheduling meetings and interviews for the food and beverage team.
  • You will ensure continuous  analysis of online feedback for individuals and the outlets.
  • Be capable of analysing customer statistics to highlight trends and areas of concern and feedback to the food and beverage manager.

About You:

  • You must have previous food and beverage experience within hotels and restaurants either from an operational perspective or in an office based role
  • You must have excellent administration skills both verbally and written, be highly organised and be able to multitask.
  • Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise needs, put first things first and effectively manage resources and time.
  • Display a working knowledge of Hotel and Restaurant operations in order to assist internal & external clients.
  •  Have excellent IT skills including excel and office 365.
