We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator for join our Food and Beverage team at The Londoner Hotel. This position is available on a part time basis, 24 hours per week spread over 3 days. 

Overview:

  • We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator to support the Food and Beverage Manager and the food and beverage team with day to day administration duties at The Londoner Hotel.
  • Your role will involve supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in the day to day coordination and administration for the food and beverage operation.
  • As food and beverage coordinator your will responsible for dealing with any special VIP enquires.
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, scheduling meetings and interviews for the food and beverage team.
  • Continuous and consistent analysis of online feedback for individuals and the outlets.
  • Be capable of analysing customer statistics to highlight trends and areas of concern and feedback to the Food and Beverage manager.

About You:

  • You must have previous food and beverage experience within hotels and restaurants either from an operational perspective or in an Administration role.
  • You must have excellent administration skills both verbally and written, be highly organised and be able to multitask.
  • You will demonstrate your ability to proactively prioritise needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time.
  • Display a working knowledge of the Hotel and Restaurant operation in order to assist internal & external clients.
  • It is vital you have excellent IT skills including excel and office 365.
