About the role
This is not your normal hotel General Manager position; our General Managers have full day-to-day operational control supported by our centralised functions at London HQ.
The General Manager will have operational oversight of Mission Control (our lean Front Office team) and Fix-It (Maintenance team). Housekeeping is outsourced, resulting in relationship building with third-party suppliers being key to achieve our hotel goals.
This position will be ideal for an existing Rooms Division Manager looking for their first senior management role. You need to demonstrate strong guest experience, people management and leadership skills to be successful for this exciting position.
The skills we are looking for are:
Having knowledge of the French language is essential for this role due to the interactions with the crew and Airport authorities.

YOTELAIR Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport has 80 rooms. We offer booking by the hour for our guests (with a minimum of 4-hours), and we are located airside (past security) – giving our guest comfort that they will not miss their flight!
Mission Control (reception) is the hub of all activity at our hotel. Use our self-service kiosks to check-in and out under a minute or guests can speak to our always on-hand crew. We will also give local neighbourhood tips, emergency supplies and toiletries, or extra keys and towels. Available and ready to help 24/7.
