We’re looking for a Night Manager with personality, confidence, and a cool head to take charge of the hotel during the overnight hours at Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel. If you thrive on responsibility, love solving problems, and know how to keep the vibe going even after dark—this role is for you.


The Role

As Night Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things overnight—leading the night team, handling guest requests, managing late check-ins and early departures, and keeping things running smoothly while the city sleeps.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee night operations and ensure guest safety and satisfaction

  • Handle late arrivals, early check-outs, and any overnight queries

  • Lead and support the night crew, including reception and security

  • Complete nightly reports and prepare handover for the day team

  • Maintain Moxy’s fun, relaxed vibe—even at 2am


What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hotel front office or night shift experience

  • Calm under pressure and confident handling issues solo

  • Great communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude

  • Marriott experience or knowledge of brand standards is a plus
