The Role

As a Guest Service Agent (we call them Crew Members at Moxy), you're not just behind a desk—you’re everywhere. You’ll check guests in, mix drinks at the bar, set the vibe in the lobby, and make sure every moment is packed with personality and smooth service.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out

  • Jump behind the bar and serve up drinks with style

  • Keep the lobby buzzing and social

  • Help with guest requests and solve problems on the fly

  • Live and breathe the Moxy brand with energy and authenticity


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in hospitality, front desk, or F&B a bonus—but not essential

  • A positive attitude and love for people

  • Great multitasking and communication skills

  • Ready to work flexible shifts (yes, that includes evenings and weekends)
