Are you a dynamic and results-driven hotel leader ready to take ownership of a thriving focus service property? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at a branded hotel under Hilton, proudly managed by KE Hotels.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will take full accountability for the hotel’s performance, driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial success. You’ll be a visible leader-bringing energy, passion, and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Drive service excellence initiatives aligned with Hilton standards
  • Deliver strong commercial performance through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements to maximise productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Take full ownership of hotel performance across all operational and financial metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
  • Minimum 2+ years in a senior hotel leadership role
  • Previous experience with Hilton (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise within a focus/service-led environment
  • Local market knowledge and the ability to drive market share
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for people development
