A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTS  ASSISTANT AT OUR HOTEL 

What you'll be doing...

As Finance Assistant you will assist in all the financial aspects of the business, from preparation of the Hotels profit & loss account, working with payroll, forecasting, to stock management and supplier payments. You will assist in the completion of month-end reporting, preparation of P&L and monthly balance sheet and work with the Financial Controller in upskilling the wider finance team.

·       Assist in all the financial aspects of the business.

·       Processing purchase orders and invoices

·       Managing sales ledger debt

·       Reconciling BACS payments

·       Completing month end reporting

·       Reconciling Daily Banking

·       Assisting in forecasting costs

·       Budgeting

·       Profit & Loss account reviews

·       Work with KE’s head office finance team
