The Admiralty is a high volume pub on Trafalgar Square. We serve anyone who is visiting or working in the area from navel officers to tourists across the globe. We obviously sell a lot of fish & chips and, as we are an Ale & Pie house, pies too. We are looking for an experienced sous chef who is used to high volume British food & who has high standards in food safety & presentation. You will work with a dedicated team & enjoy training & supporting more junior chefs to improve & progress. We are open 7 days a week so you will need to be flexible in what days and hours you can work and be able to get into central London without too long a commute.
