The Role

As General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the venue—leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring every wedding is delivered to the highest possible standard.

You will:

• Take full ownership of the venue’s performance, both operationally and commercially
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across all departments
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations every time
• Drive sales performance and maximise revenue opportunities
• Ensure flawless execution of weddings and events from start to finish
• Build a strong, positive team culture with high morale and accountability
• Maintain the highest standards across service, presentation, and compliance

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A natural leader with proven experience in hospitality or events management
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of driving revenue and profitability
• Passionate about people—both guests and team members
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• A brilliant communicator who can build relationships at all levels
• Energetic, hands-on, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves

Experience within weddings or premium events is highly desirable, but just as important is your attitude, ambition, and leadership style.
