Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. From our impressive open kitchen featuring fresh seafood to indulgent dishes with Piedmont Truffles, every meal is crafted with care. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, including refilling ice bins and maintaining a tidy back bar area. Keep the bar clean by maintaining counters, sinks, coolers, and equipment, and assist with washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and managing trash and recycling. Support bartenders by fetching supplies, preparing garnishes, and changing kegs, and assist with drink preparation and restocking during busy shifts. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner as needed, providing information and relaying requests. Assist in maintaining and cleaning bar equipment like beer taps, blenders, and coffee machines, promptly reporting equipment issues. Collaborate closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
