We are looking for a talented and passionate Guest Relation Manager to join the fantastic Alba team.

Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. Our inviting interiors mirror the vibrant colours of the Amalfi Coast, creating a sensory dining experience. We’re looking for a Guest Relations Manager who is as passionate about creating meaningful connections as we are about serving exceptional Italian cuisine. This leadership role will be at the heart of our guest experience, nurturing relationships with VIPs, cultivating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest feels seen and celebrated. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead guest relations with a strong focus on creating unforgettable experiences for VIPs, regulars, and high-profile guests
  • Build and maintain a robust “black book” of guest profiles, including preferences, key dates, seating habits, wine choices, and more
  • Proactively cultivate new relationships and deepen loyalty with existing clientele
  • Collaborate closely with the Reception Manager and front-of-house team to manage seating plans, guest flow, and service standards
  • Provide hands-on support during service, welcoming guests and guiding the tone of hospitality across the floor
  • Liaise with management, chefs, and sommelier to tailor guest experiences and surprise-and-delight moments
  • Handle guest feedback or issues with discretion, empathy, and prompt resolution
  • Organise and support VIP events, special occasions, and private dining experiences
  • Continuously refine and evolve guest service strategies based on feedback and observations
