About you:
- Passionate about delivering a truly exemplary guest experience
- Committed to the highest standards of hands-on service
- At your happiest training, leading and developing your team
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S, allergens and SOPs
- Experienced in a premium or fine dining restaurant as a Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager
- Well presented with a polished sense of personal hygiene
