Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality pizzas and beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you:

• Experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, toppings and cooking techniques
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Good understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
• Eager to learn, develop and be part of a passionate team
• Italian cuisine and/or wood-fired pizza experience is a plus
