- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant or hospitality venue

- A deep love for great food, drinks, and creating unforgettable experiences

- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, drive sales, control costs, and analyse financial performance

- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail

- Exceptional communication and people skills, both with guests and the team

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in a fast-paced environment
