The Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at Alberts Didsbury – a vibrant, high-volume neighbourhood restaurant and bar. This is a multi-department role with crossover into restaurant operations, offering a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across both bar and floor service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier drinks and hospitality  

-Maintain high standards across all bar operations  

-Oversee stock management, ordering, line cleaning, and rota planning  

-Support restaurant service and collaborate closely with the management team  

-Create a fun, engaging and professional atmosphere for both guests and team 

What You’ll Get:  

-£30,500 salary + approx. £6,000 in tronc  

-Full-time position – 48 hours per week across 5 days  

-Monthly complimentary meal for you and a guest at any Elle R Leisure venue  

-50% discount on food across all Elle R Leisure restaurants and bars  

-Management meals provided on shift 
