Competitive Pay: We pay the current National Living Wage of £12.71 per hour (for those 21+), with competitive rates for all age groups.
Tronc: We offer TRONC in addition to your wage, based on your role within the department and your performance. Servers can earn up to £10 on top of your wage, runners can earn up to £4 and bartenders can earn up to £5 on top of your wage.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy Christmas Day and Boxing Day off to spend with your loved ones.
Dining Discounts: Get 50% off food at all Elle R Leisure venues for you and your friends.
