Description
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, taking into account special requests and seating preferences
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
  • Assist with various tasks to support the front-of-house team, such as answering phones, taking to-go orders, and maintaining cleanliness 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to uphold restaurant policies and standards
