What we look for in our Alice Lisle Supervisors:

• A Guest Champion: A total passion for engaging service, great wines, and fresh food. You are the benchmark for what hospitality should look like.

• A Team Motivator: A hands-on leader with an infectious positive attitude who knows how to keep team spirits high, even during the busiest weekend rushes.

• A Coach: Someone who loves helping others succeed, readily assisting in training and guiding our newer team members.

• A Great Communicator: Clear, warm, and approachable—both with our guests and the team.

What we can offer you in return:

• A Fair Share of Tips: Paid on top of your hourly pay, completely uncapped, and paid out on a weekly basis.
