Our monthly Pitch Days, hosted in partnership with HSBC Private Banking, is a series committed to supporting early-stage female founders. Each Pitch Day we invite female-founded businesses looking to raise capital to present to our network of experienced investors, high-net-worth individuals and business leaders.

Job Purpose
At AllBright, we’re building a social network to empower female entrepreneurs and professionals. We are hiring an exceptional JavaScript Engineer to join our early team. We don’t mind if you haven't used all of our stack. The only requirement is the willingness to learn.
If you join us, you’ll be an early team member in helping shape our engineering practices, our company culture and the people that we hire.

What’s the interview process like?
We’ll do a quick 15-minute phone call just to make sure we’re on the same page. After that,
we’d love to invite & work on a process together that feels fair.
Generally, there are three options:
- Talk us through some of your code on GitHub and/or code from a past project
- A formal but practical interview—no trick/puzzle questions (1-2 hours)
- A take-home challenge which should take half a day and a short follow up interview where we will run through your challenge together
Where is AllBright located?
Right now, we all work 100% from home. Once we are allowed back to the office, we will be
based in central London.
Are you okay with remote employment after Covid19?
Not for now. While we are building our team culture, we need people who are able to work from
the office at least two days a week.
Are you open to bringing on interns?
Not at this time. Unfortunately, we don’t have the bandwidth necessary to offer a stellar
internship program. We need to invest every ounce of energy into making a great product first.
How many people do you plan to hire?
We plan to keep a small, tight-knit team of fewer than 10 engineers through 2021.
What stage is the product at?
