Job Purpose

As a Brand Copywriter, you will work closely with the Marketing team, Art team and other creative roles to collaborate, conceptualise and craft ideas from concept to completion. You will have a strong ability to take both a conceptual and strategic approach to a wide variety of projects from event write ups and social media posts to email communications and global marketing campaigns. You will bring a consistent and impactful tone of voice to the AllBright brand across every touch point.


An organised and dedicated approach to work is a must, you’ll be required to take responsibility for the work you produce, ensuring it is of the highest quality, demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail whilst being completed to deadline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce targeted and effective copy for various channels including paid social, email, landing pages, events and more
  • Work closely with partnerships, acquisition and retention marketing stakeholders to understand their needs, and then translate them into effective and impactful content campaigns
  • Proven experience working on large scale integrated 360 marketing campaigns and brand voice development for a fast growth brand
  • Passionate about writing and their craft, and help to develop the brand's tone of voice across all communications
  • Work closely with the Art team to align visual and copy for small and large scale projects across the business 

General Responsibilities

  • To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management
  • To adhere to company practices and procedures always in particular those relating to discipline, and Health and Safety
  • To ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors

Person Specification

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a brand or advertising writing role, either brand or agency side
  • Proven experience with idea generation and concept development, with a portfolio to support it
  • Ability to write compelling, converting copy for paid digital advertising
  • Able to adapt quickly to a new brand voice (and help shape it)
  • Good understanding of the Marketing ecosystem and stakeholder touch points throughout a project
  • A great communicator with a natural warmth and positivity
  • Someone ready to get stuck in and work to tight deadlines when needed
