Job Title: Club Sales Executive

Reporting to: General Manager (Club)


Job Purpose

Responsible for creating and conducting successful outbound sales campaigns targeted at both individuals and businesses, securing club wide sales with a focus on selling club space available for private hire and the sale of AllBright events.


Outline of Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Utilize established contacts within corporate and social markets, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to secure new business
  • Drive top of funnel leads through self-promotion via LinkedIn, digital platforms, networking communities and groups
  • Cold call campaigns: research industries and companies, establish internal connections, secure phone time and site visits ultimately leading to conversion
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to individuals through leads
  • Track the journey from lead to conversion, source of leads, percentage of results to properly forecast where business should be
  • Deliver on individual sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Digital departments, managing weekly advertising spend and results
  • Responsible for all administration throughout the sales process, including maintaining accurate records on various databases
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and share updates across the business as appropriate

Events

  • Responsible for successfully selling private hire space and events delivered by AllBright by carrying out the key points under sales
  • Ensure any planning involved with private hire is conducted in a timely manner and to a high standard, working collaboratively with colleagues if required
  • Communicate with GM and Operations team by weekly meeting and daily catch up’s the order of the day for sold spaces
  • Communicate with culinary department expectations on menus and timings of booked areas
  • Be available and on hands to greet clients and ensure smooth working order
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and follow up after the events have been held

General Responsibilities:

  • To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management
  • To adhere to company practices and procedures always in particular those relating to discipline, and Health and Safety
  • To assist any guests who may have special needs in moving around the building
  • To ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 3 years outbound sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience organising and running events
  • Proven experience creating and conducting cold call campaigns
  • Previously worked in Membership or Hospitality Sales is preferred
  • Confident approach to outbound sales both face to face and over the phone
  • Able to overcome obstacles during sales pitch
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Anticipates needs, innovates, multi-tasks and excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively
  • A motivated self-starter with resilience and a passion for sales
  • Passionate about AllBright’s mission and have a keen aptitude to be part of the ongoing success of the business
