Job Purpose

Responsible for selling Townhouse spaces through proactive and reactive sales, for businesses and individuals by creating and conducting successful sales strategies and campaigns securing Townhouse wide sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.  

In addition, you will be responsible for demonstrating positive leadership and line management of the Events Coordinator to ensure successful planning and delivery of all private hire Townhouse events.

Outline of Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Utilize established contacts within corporate and social markets, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to secure new business
  • Drive top of funnel leads through self-promotion via LinkedIn, digital platforms, networking communities and groups
  • Sales outreach research industries and companies, establish internal connections, secure phone time and site visits ultimately leading to conversion
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to individuals through leads
  • Deliver on individual sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Digital departments, managing weekly advertising spend and results
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and share updates across the business as appropriate 

Delivery

  • Ensure the Event’s Coordinator has accurate and detailed information to plan the events that have been closed by you, to guarantee successful delivery by the Townhouse Operations team
Admin

  • Track the journey from lead to conversion, source of leads, percentage of results and ensure all information is properly logged into the systems used to ensure accurate reports
  • Prepare detailed and accurate weekly reports for CEO, Head of Finance and the GM
  • Ensure all closed deals have a signed contract, and no event will be delivered until the minimum payment has been received
  • Ensure that quotations, BEOs and contracts, as well as all communications, are written and delivered in line with AllBright standards of excellence and professionalism
  • Develop an annual broad sales plan and detailed quarterly strategy following the business KPIs and target deadlines
  • Manage the Events Coordinator to ensure that they have the support needed to successfully plan and deliver the deals you have closed
  • Weekly meetings with the GM to work on actions needed in relation to sales strategies, planning stage and/or operations delivery stage to ensure you are on rack to reach sales targets

General Responsibilities:

  • To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management
  • To adhere to company practices and procedures
  • To ensure all deals closed are beneficial for AllBright as a brand and to the set sales targets
  • To ensure excellent relationships with all colleagues and clients

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 3 years outbound sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience organising and running events
  • Proven experience creating and conducting successful cold call campaigns
  • Previous experience working in Membership or Hospitality Events Sales is preferred
  • Confident approach to outbound sales both face to face and over the phone
  • Able to overcome obstacles during sales pitch
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Anticipates needs, innovates, multi-tasks and excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively
  • A motivated self-starter with resilience and a passion for sales
  • Positive leadership skills
