The Role

The main purpose of the role will be to assist the restaurant guests with coats and jackets and show them to the allocated table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
• Deal with enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Efficient allocation of coats and larger bags in the cloakroom
• Showing guests to the allocated table

Key Requirements

Strong customer service attitude

Excellent communication skills and total fluency in English are essential
