Located on the iconic Berkeley Square, Amazonico brings the vibrant spirit of Latin America to life—where immersive dining, a lively atmosphere, and luxury hospitality meet in a world-class setting.

About the Role – What You’ll Do  

As Restaurant Manager at Amazonico, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day front-of-house operation, driving team performance, elevating guest satisfaction, and ensuring every service runs to the highest standards. You’ll be a strategic leader who motivates, mentors, and sets the tone for exceptional hospitality.

You will:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team with confidence and care
  • Oversee all aspects of service to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged team
  • Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to deliver flawless coordination
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the venue
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to meet business targets
  • Be the face of the restaurant on the floor and lead from the front with presence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
  • A strong leadership presence and ability to motivate and develop large teams
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to service and team support
  • Strong business acumen, with an understanding of budgets, planning, and performance metrics
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and excellence in every detail
