About the Role – What You’ll Do
As Assistant Restaurant Manager at Amazonico, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team to deliver polished, attentive service in a high-energy luxury environment. You’ll be a hands-on leader, focused on team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
You will:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, always anticipating needs and preferences
- Support the Restaurant Manager in driving service standards and team training
- Manage floor operations with precision, especially during peak service
- Assist with rotas, reporting, and team performance reviews
- Handle guest feedback calmly and professionally
- Uphold all health & safety and hygiene regulations
- Be a visible leader on the floor and a key part of the guest journey
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
- A strong, guest-focused leadership style and excellent communication skills
- A hands-on approach and ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling guest feedback
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations
