About the Role – What You’ll Do  

As a Barback at Amazonico, you’ll play a vital support role in one of London’s most dynamic bar teams. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep the bar running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring our Bartenders can deliver world-class service and drinks with speed and flair.

You will:

• Prepare all mise en place and ensure the bar is fully set up for service  
• Clean and restock glassware throughout service  
• Support with preparing hot and cold beverages as needed  
• Keep the bar pass area clean, tidy, and functional at all times  
• Help maintain correct stock levels and support with deliveries  
• Follow daily cleaning checklists and maintain high hygiene standards  
•  Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure seamless service  
• Be hands-on, proactive, and responsive to team and guest needs
