About the Role – What You’ll Do  

As a Waiter at Amazonico, you’ll deliver a world-class experience with every service—ensuring our guests feel cared for, engaged, and always welcome. You’ll work closely with your section team and leadership to provide a smooth, high-quality service.

You will:

• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, with a strong understanding of our menu  
• Engage warmly with guests, responding to needs and building rapport
• Support your Section Leader in running the section efficiently  
• Confidently use the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments correctly  
• Ensure your section is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times  
• Be proactive in resolving issues and communicating with management  
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards in line with company policies  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue  
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude  
• A keen eye for detail, strong teamwork, and willingness to support others  
• High standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism  
• A strong understanding of restaurant service flow and operations  
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with the company
