Amazonico London is searching for a charismatic and driven Assistant Reception Manager to help lead our front-of-house experience in the heart of Mayfair.
Located on the iconic Berkeley Square, Amazonico brings the vibrant spirit of Latin America to life—where immersive dining, a lively atmosphere, and luxury hospitality meet in a world-class setting.

About the Role – What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Reception Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the front desk operation and ensuring the guest journey starts seamlessly. You will assist the Reception Manager in overseeing the host team and be hands-on in delivering Amazonico’s signature warm welcome.
You will:
- Help lead and inspire the reception team to deliver exceptional, consistent service
- Manage guest bookings and walk-ins using systems like SevenRooms or OpenTable
- Ensure a smooth front-of-house experience, even during the busiest moments
- Support with team training and performance, setting the standard for hospitality
- Liaise with restaurant and bar managers to coordinate flow and guest experience
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests
- Step up in the Reception Manager’s absence to maintain excellence at the desk
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Host or Assistant Reception Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
- A confident, people-focused personality with natural leadership skills
- Great organisational ability and calmness under pressure
- A passion for great service, teamwork, and going above and beyond
