Located on the iconic Berkeley Square, Amazonico brings the vibrant spirit of Latin America to life—where immersive dining, a lively atmosphere, and luxury hospitality meet in a world-class setting.
We’re now seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress who thrives in high-end, high-volume environments and is ready to create unforgettable moments for every guest.

About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Amazonico, you’ll play a vital role in delivering seamless, high-quality service with personality and flair. You’ll guide and support your section while working closely with the management and wider front-of-house team to ensure a truly memorable guest experience.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional service with energy, knowledge, and attention to detail
- Lead your section confidently and support junior team members
- Build strong guest relationships and tailor each experience to their needs
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across the dining area
- Follow and uphold Amazonico service standards at all times
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
- A confident, professional, and warm personality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
