About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a Commis Waiter (Drinks Runner) at Amazonico, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and memorable guest experience. Working closely with the restaurant, bar, and management teams, you’ll ensure drinks and service items are delivered quickly, accurately, and with energy and professionalism.
You will:
- Deliver drinks to guests promptly and professionally, with confidence and attention to detail
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the shift
- Maintain strong communication with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams during service
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organised dining environment
- Polish glasses, cutlery, and service equipment to ensure high presentation standards
- Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times
- Respond positively to guest requests and communicate any issues to management
- Follow and uphold Amazónico service standards, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures at all times
